Shipping and Returns

READY TO SHIP:

If nails are labeled (READY TO SHIP) this means that we have them on hand & they will ship out within 1-4 business days. 


Standard Shipping is up to 7-15 business days from placing your order to delivery. Each set is handmade to perfection and due to demand this will be the new normal. We always try our best to get nails out to you as quickly as we can but if you choose standard shipping expect to be shipped out in this timeframe.


 If you have a special event coming up and need nails before a specific date, please reach out to us via email/Instagram & inquire about which shipping would be best suited for you. 

Refund policy
We have a no refund policy, which means you cannot request a refund once you've placed an order. 



Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the product is damaged during transit, reach out to us via email with your name and order number and we will send you out a replacement set. 


Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. 


Refunds
No Refunds. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


At this time we do not accept refunds and or / exchanges for any of our sets. All nails that you see on the site are handmade/designed. We put a lot of love into each and every set and will not be accepting any refunds at this time. 

-Incorrect Sizing: 

We're not responsible for incorrect nail measurements. If you're unsure of your size, please purchase a sizing kit.
Incorrect Address:

We are not responsible for replacing your nails if you give us an incorrect mailing address. If you make a purchase & your mailing address is incorrect please email us at info@affixednailillusions.com for assistance.
